Will Jesus Really Return to Planet Earth?

     Jesus came to this planet as a human being, experiencing all that we experience. He was God with us. He completed His ministry on Earth by dying on a cross, paying the penalty for your sins and mine. He conquered death by rising from the grave. Then He ascended back into Heaven and sits on the right hand of the Father.

     While here, He promised that one day He would return. He said, "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." - John 14:2-3

     On the day that Jesus returned to Heaven, the Bible tells us that "He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of [disciple's] sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven." - Acts 1:9-11

     In vision, the Apostle John wrote, "Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen. - Revelation 1:7

     So, we have the promise of His return and the way that He will return in the clouds. We know that every living person on the planet will see Him.

     The question is: "Are You Ready?"
